Dear Valued Customers,

We are monitoring the approaching storm and depending on the timing of the actual accumulation and expected duration of the storm, and we plan to launch our fleet at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning to provide all customers with a thorough cleanup.

FOR TOMORROW:

Goal: To ensure that all customers receive a thorough cleanup tomorrow (February 19, 2022)

Launch Start Time: 7:00 a.m.

Alerts: ON

Reminders: Please do not leave anything in the area that we typically clear.

Ice Management: Snow Squad does not provide ice management services.

Only if our plans change will we advise you through an email update so that you know what to expect. All customers will receive service tomorrow so unless you have an emergency, please do not email our office simply to request service or to inquire if we have launched as planned. Unnecessary emails affect response times for customers emailing with genuine emergencies.

In the event of an emergency, or for any service-related questions, please email info@snowsquadusa.com with your service address in the subject line for the quickest response. Please do not call our office during service launches for quotes, orders, or payments as we try to keep our lines open for emergencies with customers without access to email.

Thank you for your continued support.

Notice of Unforeseen Delay - Equipment

*** PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL ***

Dear Valued Customers,

Further to our earlier Service Plan, we regret to inform you that due to an unforeseen equipment breakdown, service in your area has been temporarily suspended. If you have already received an alert letting you know your operator will be there shortly and he hasn’t arrived yet, it is unlikely that he will be there imminently, until we can assign a new tractor to your route.

We sincerely apologize for this unforeseen delay and will update you as to when you can expect service to begin in your neighborhood and receive an alert as your operator gets close (unless you have already received one today).

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
